"I was in the market for a full face helmet. I don’t have a bike yet but I do participate in go kart racing where it’s mandatory to wear a DOT approves helmet. I found this store online and went in-store to make a purchase and pick up my helmet so I didn’t have to wait. The associate that was there was promptly greeted me as I entered the store, asked me how he could assist me, and made me aware of the current sales on helmets. He also walked me through helmet fitment and the different helmet options and even suggested some helmet cleaner which I initially didn’t plan on buying but because of the great customer service and the cost of the cleaner I went ahead and bought it.
